Karate lessons

Bas Rutten is a retired Dutch mixed martial artist (MMA) and kickboxer. He was the UFC Heavyweight Champion, a three time King of Pancrase, and finished his career on a 22 fight unbeaten streak (21 wins, 1 draw). One of his favorite tactics was the liver shot, which he popularized its use in MMA.

When he's not hosting Inside MMA, pushing papers in the IFL's front-office, training up coming MMA fighters, or throwing pepper in people's eyes, the tireless Bas Rutten regularly posts messages in the forum section of his official website, basrutten.tv.

And now, you too can take instruction from Bas Rutten, AKA "El Guapo", which means "The Handsome One" in Spanish.

Teaching innovative martial arts programs for 40 years to children, teens and adults. Bas's programs guarantee improved confidence, self-esteem and . . . . "a kick in the groin". . . .

For a limited time only, kids under 12 recieve a free uniform and the first week free!
